Its 2009

This got to be quite a long entry since i am very free in this very moment.
Its almost a decade since the Millennium, i realise a lot of stuff has change, since i am free i tend to look back of what have done especially during childhood and below are some (i cant list everything as it will be fucking long!)of the stuff that are part of my childhood,

Microgenius console set is machiam the PS3 for now in the past. This great console accompany me through my kindagarden to primary school times, it rocks with game like TwinB, BattleTank, SuperMario, Marcoss, Mappy, Spartan. And remember to blow your game cartridge before inserting it if the Nintendo word is pixelated.

Together with Plasticine,ice-cream stick, UHU glue and Styrofoam board this is what you always use for your school project - to make an animal farm especially or whatever farm. And surprisingly, every year the topic seems the same.

POP POP and sparklers is a must have during Chinese New Year (if you dun have, u must have no childhood), it was later banned on the sales of POP POP unfortunately, but dude seeing the classic Yellow Red Blue scheme packaging really brings back memories.

Tamiya Car is a hype during my Kindergarden time and it came back during mid primary school time. The way that you can zheng your car is kinda cool, but other than that, the car just only went in one directions. Just hang around in shops with the racing tracks and you will see idiots looking at the car running round and round pointlessly. Its kinda an expensive stuff to play with Rechargeable batteries, better motor, what ring what body, everyone seems using AVANTE, cos it was said the fastest and coolest.

Photobucket
The slinky creates a hype during 1995 (i think), i still remember i persuaded my dad to buy for me so that i can play it on the staircase, which i guess everyone do play on staircase to let it flow from top to bottom of the stairs.
Photobucket
Fat Grey GameBoy that you used to own is the coolest gadget especially after Major Exams in Primary school when you need to go back to school just to play game with your friend in class, whether is chinese chess, UNO or what, GameBoy is still the hot favourite which friends would like to ask for u to lend them to play.
Photobucket
Power Ranger is like an weekly event for me, it shows on Saturday 9am and i will be sitting there watching it, everyone loves the cool white ranger( well some girls like pink ranger) but come to think of it, its a stupid show which it goes on and on the same on every episode, it follows a straight guideline of

1) Evil King create a monster on Earth
2) PowerRanger will be teleporting back to the HQ from their highschool with the a pose
3) They will be greeted by a Robot which always Ah ya ya ya ya
4) They fight the monster kar kia (the grey shit which cant tok)
5) They fight the monster
6) Monster will injured them with explosion in their back and they falling to the ground in the front, and i dare to say that it will never hit them
7) PowerRanger buck up and almost win the monster
8) Evil King throw something to make the monster Grow to Giant
9) Call Megazord with bunch of repeated animation like bird came from volcano.
10) Repeat Megazord will be hurt with sparks of explosion
11) they use some sword to kill the monster
12) ending will be 2 stupid Gangster one fat and one skinny do some stupid stunt and every one laughing and end of episodes
13) gotoAndPlay(1);

Alright it's the end of my some childhood flashback, sometimes it good to spend sometime looking back of what you used to play with, it some nice memories. Happy late 2009 Greetings to all of ya!!!!!!!!!!!

Save the Earth

SAVE THE EARTH
10 things you can do to save the earth

1. Pay attention to how you use water. The little things can make a big difference. Every time you turn off the water while you're brushing your teeth, you're doing something good. Got a leaky toilet? You might be wasting 200 gallons of water a day [Source: EPA]. Try drinking tap water instead of bottled water, so you aren't wasting all that packaging as well. Wash your clothes in cold water when you can.

2. Leave your car at home. If you can stay off the road just two days a week, you'll reduce greenhouse gas emissions by an average of 1,590 pounds per year [Source: EPA]. Combine your errands -- hit the post office, grocery store and shoe repair place in one trip. It will save you gas and time.

3. Walk or ride your bike to work, school and anywhere you can. You can reduce greenhouse gases while burning some calories and improving your health. If you can't walk or bike, use mass transit or carpool. Every car not on the road makes a difference.

4. Recycle. You can help reduce pollution just by putting that soda can in a different bin. If you're trying to choose between two products, pick the one with the least packaging. If an office building of 7,000 workers recycled all of its office paper waste for a year, it would be the equivalent of taking almost 400 cars off the road [Source: EPA].

5. Compost. Think about how much trash you make in a year. Reducing the amount of solid waste you produce in a year means taking up less space in landfills, so your tax dollars can work somewhere else. Plus, compost makes a great natural fertilizer. Composting is easier than you think.

6. Change your light bulbs. Compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) last 10 times longer than a standard bulb and use at least two-thirds less energy. If you're shopping for new appliances or even home electronics, look for ENERGY STAR products, which have met EPA and U.S. Department of Energy guidelines for energy efficiency. In 2006, the ENERGY STAR program saved energy equivalent to taking 25 million cars off the road and saved Americans $14 billion in utility costs [Source: ENERGY STAR]. Learn more about proper disposal of CFLs.

7. Make your home more energy efficient (and save money). Clean your air filters so your system doesn't have to work overtime. Get a programmable thermostat so you aren't wasting energy when you aren't home. When you go to bed, reduce the thermostat setting -- you won't miss those extra degrees of heat or air conditioning while you're asleep.

8. Maintain your car. Underinflated tires decrease fuel economy by up to three percent and lead to increased pollution and higher greenhouse gas emissions [Source: EPA]. Underinflation also increases tire wear, so it will save you money in the long run if you're good about checking your tire pressure.

9. Drive smarter. Slow down -- driving 60 miles per hour instead of 70 mph on the highway will save you up 4 miles per gallon. [Source: Consumer Guide Automotive]. Accelerating and braking too hard can actually reduce your fuel economy, so take it easy on the brakes and gas pedal.

10.Turn off lights when you're not in the room and unplug appliances when you're not using them. It only takes a second to be environmentally conscious.

Lefty, righty, mixed or ambidexterity?

* Right-handedness is most common. Right-handed people are more dextrous with their right hands when performing a task.

* Left-handedness is less common than right-handedness. Left-handed people are more dextrous with their left hands when performing a task. About 8 to 15% of people are lefthanded.[1]

* Mixed-handedness, also known as cross-dominance, is being able to do different tasks better with different hands. For example, mixed-handed persons might write better with their right hand but throw a ball more efficiently with their left hand. This could also refer to pianists, because different sections of pieces are usually composed to fit the abilities of the different hands, considering that the right hand is usually for melodies and the left-hand, harmonies. However, many writers refer to handedness as the hand that a person uses to write, so Mixed-handedness is often neglected.

* Ambidexterity is exceptionally rare. A true ambidextrous person is able to do any task equally well with either hand. The condition is very rare, although it can be learnt (those who master it still tend to sway towards their originally dominant hand[citation needed]).

I think i'm in the mixed hand category instead of lefthanded category................

Mixed hand is caused by the effect of left handed ppl using things and object that is designed for right handed ppl to use. ]

For example opening a bottle cap, its kinda awkward to open a bottle using left hand as the cap is designed to open while turning in anti clockwise direction.

Using a computer mouse, you were forced to use right hand to control the mouse.

How Games Affected our life

As technology are becoming more and more advance, source and information may more easier to obtain within a click of your mouse, GAMES are more interactive introducing multi player online, more comprehensive and the graphics are getting more realistic.
Addiction to game is not healthy, well i not that sure am i in the category but if you are able to differentiate between GAME and your LIFE, i think its still safe.

Under the reports i read in the article "One study found that kids who spend more time playing violent video games are more hostile and more likely to argue than other teens. Another study showed that kids who play violent games for less than 10 minutes tended to act aggressively shortly after playing. "

Other than this, gamer are oso affected in their daily conversation and the way they spell words like wat i'm doing now, "wat" "oso", one of my camp mate sent his mail to superior using msn language, jitao kana gan.

Here a list that u may use or heard someone using in a conversation

"wah gg(good game) liao lor, later confirm kana scold liao"
"wah biang ah just now warrant tan found out i eating snake there siaa OWNAGE!!! ah"
Anything that hit on the head ---- " wah Ah Ming dio headshot"
"eh today soccer got 10 ppl coming, can play 5 v 5"
"wah like tat oso dun know how to do, noobs lehz"

So kids, pls cut down playing games, its even better if you think u r quitting, feel free to give me ur game :)
